– Photos and Audio Recordings – You may optionally take and store photos of your posture and upload your own voice recordings.
These are stored:
– Locally on your device for personal reference.
– Securely in the cloud via our third-party cloud provider, Microsoft Azure, for syncing across devices and backup purposes.
1.2 Usage and Behavioural Data
– Posture Metrics – The app tracks your phone’s angle to assess posture quality and displays daily stats.
– Motion and Location Data – With your permission, we may access motion sensors and/or location data to determine when to deliver appropriate posture reminders.
1.3 Payment Information
– Poppi Posture is a paid subscription app, and all payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment details.
2. SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
The app offers the following pricing structure:
– Monthly Plan – $6.99/month
– Annual Plan – $19.99/year
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your App Store or Google Play account settings. You may cancel at any time.
Refunds are not issued by Poppi Posture directly. Refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective policies.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your data to:
– Provide the core functionality of the Poppi Posture App.
– Send posture reminders via vibration, sound, or recorded audio.
– Offer optional posture improvement tips (via social platforms as mentioned on our website poppiposture.com).
– Display posture analytics to you.
– Process subscription payments and manage your account.
– Respond to your customer support requests.
We do not use your information for advertising, nor do we sell your personal data.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
We share limited personal data only with trusted third parties, strictly for necessary operations:
– Microsoft Azure: For secure cloud storage and syncing of posture photos and reminders. – Postmark: To send opt-in posture-related communications.
– Apple App Store and Google Play Store: For payment processing and subscription management.
All third parties are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations consistent with applicable law.
5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
– Your data is retained for as long as your account is active.
– You may delete your profile and all associated data at any time via the in-app “Delete Account” button.
– Upon deletion, all locally and cloud-stored data (photos, recordings, posture stats) will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
6. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Poppi Posture is available to users of all ages. However:
– We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, in accordance with COPPA.
– Parents or guardians who believe we have collected data from a child under 13 without consent may contact us to delete it.
