Refund policy

Effective Date: 1 September 2025

At Poppi Posture, we strive to provide users with a high-quality and reliable posture reminder experience. By purchasing or subscribing to our mobile application (“App”), you agree to the following refund terms.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

– All purchases (subscriptions and lifetime access) are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
– Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by the refund policies of Apple and Google. Poppi Posture does not issue refunds directly.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

– To request a refund, users must follow the procedures set by:
– Apple App Store: Request via your Apple ID account settings or through Apple Support.
– Google Play Store: Request via your Google Play account or through Google Play Support.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds are determined by Apple or Google, not by Poppi Posture. Situations that may not qualify for refunds include (subject to platform policy):
– Requests outside the timeframe set by Apple or Google.
– Failure to cancel an active subscription before renewal.
– Dissatisfaction with features or expectations beyond the stated functionality of the App.
– Device incompatibility, technical issues, or connectivity problems not directly caused by Poppi Posture.

4. SUBSCRIPTION AUTO-RENEWALS

– Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings before the renewal date.
– No refunds will be issued by Poppi Posture for auto-renewed subscriptions. Users must manage their own subscriptions through the platform where the purchase was made.

5. NO CHARGEBACK LIABILITY

All payments made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are final and subject to their terms. By purchasing or subscribing, you waive any right to initiate or pursue chargebacks against Poppi Posture. Billing disputes must be resolved directly with Apple or Google.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Poppi Posture’s total liability arising from or relating to any purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the subscription or lifetime access at issue.
