End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 18 September 2025

1.License

Poppi Posture grants you a limited, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Poppi Posture mobile application (“App”) on:
– Apple-branded products you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service, and/or
– Android devices linked to your Google account, subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not:
– Distribute, rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the App.
– Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App.
– Use the App for unlawful purposes.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

– Subscription options: $6.99/month or $19.99/year.
–Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple ID account settings (for iOS) or Google Play account settings (for Android) before the renewal date.
–Payments are processed by Apple or Google, depending on yourplatform. Refunds must be requested through the respective store and are subject to their policies.

4. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with this EULA. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided ‘as is.’ Poppi Posture disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed, Poppi Posture’s total liability will not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This EULA is governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). You waive any right to class or collective actions.

8. Third-Party Beneficiaries

Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA for iOS users and may enforce it against you. Google LLC is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA for Android users and may enforce it against you.
